These are just some of the stuff I have worked on during my years as a student. The most prominent projects are in private repositories or in the private Gitlab of TUM.
Babylon
Golang, Pulumi
When working with Terraform, one of the most used automation tools out there for GitOps is Atlantis. At work I have had the opportunity to work with Pulumi however, the tool does not have a direct equivalent to Atlantis. Thus I decided to create a small one just for fun.
Private PaaS
Golang, Linux, Networking
I built a small Platform-as-a-Service which deploys and manages Linux containers from scratch. It can start containers using a YAML-like format that I parse. It can also delete the containers. It also starts a load balancer and registers the containers(or services) to the load balancer and utilizes namespaces to make sure that everything is isolated. More information on this on a blog article.
I built a data anonymization tool with Kafka Streams and Java and designed an architecture based on noise injection algorithm for user privacy
Rize Capital
Kubernetes, GitOps
At TUM we had to do an interdisciplinary project. For me, I had the luck to do it with a small startup called Rize Capital(not active anymore). In this project we had to migrate the existing infrastructure running in Docker Compose on virtual machines, to Kubernetes. I had the chance to work with Kubernetes and GitOps and I created the architecture behind how the application would look like in Kubernetes.
